We are a group of ladies who meet (in the church) 10:00am on a Wednesday morning for light exercise to music followed by tea/coffee and a chat.


Our New Session begins on Wednesday 9th of September at 10:00am when we look forward meeting our members once again. We would welcome also any ladies who would wish to join us. Please come along to see what we do, which is light exercise to music followed by a cuppa and a chat.
